Leadership NAFB is centered on “Leaving your mark” on your community, workplace, and industry. The program builds on the three steps of leaving your mark. If you’re vested in your community, you’ll be more valuable in your workplace, and, as a result, more involved in your industry.

Leadership Coach Jerry Haack and NAFB Executive Director Tom Brand lead the program, diving into topics like “How Fantastic Leadership Starts,” “Knowing You--The Leader,” “Articulating a Vision,” and more. There’s a walking tour of leadership examples, a saboteur assessment, and learning more about your personal involvement with NAFB.

The next Leadership NAFB program is slated April 14-16, 2023 prior to Washington Watch at the Westin Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia. The program will have a limited number of participants. There is no fee to participate, but those accepted to the program will be responsible for their airfare to and from Washington, D.C. (Members are encouraged to stay and participate in Washington Watch.). NAFB will provide hotel accommodations and meals for Leadership NAFB participants.

Administration of this program is coordinated by NAFB staff. For more information, email tom@nafb.com or call (816) 431-4032 extension 103.

Leadership NAFB is sponsored by CropLife America.
