REQUIREMENTS:
An ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of agribusiness and can relate to the needs of rural
communities and businesses that service agriculture. Like anything related to farming, a strong work
ethic is a must.
The hiring team will prioritize candidates with journalistic, on-air, or promotions experience, but it’s not
a requirement. The “Farm Team” makes hay while the sun shines, so a flexible schedule is required.
We seek a creative and imaginative person with good communication and organizational skills. The
ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects is critical. You must also be well-versed in social
media platforms to help grow our presence. An ideal candidate will also work with sales to develop
unique strategies to both serve clients and grow our reach.
Mid-West Family Madison is an equal opportunity employer. Women and minorities are encouraged to
apply.
SALARY:
Salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package is available.
