When did you join NAFB?
I have been an NAFB member since 2022.
What is your dream vacation spot? Why?
I've always wanted to travel to Pink Sands Beach on Harbour Island in the Bahamas. However, I have been to Georgetown on Grand Cayman Island and loved everything about it! I would also gladly return to Paradise Island in the Bahamas or Rose Hall near Montego Bay in Jamaica!
What is your favorite podcast or book that you would recommend to others? Why?
My all-time favorite book is "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. I would also recommend "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. Both were written in 1936 and 1937 respectively, but are just as pertinent today as they were nearly 90 years ago! In terms of favorite podcast, I would recommend any one of the podcasts produced by the Hoosier Ag Today Podcast Network!
What is your dream interview?
Even though this isn't relevant to farm broadcasting, I have always wanted to interview Sir Paul McCartney. I have been a huge Beatles fan my entire life and have read extensively about the Beatles' history and timeline, but there are so many questions I still have for Sir Paul about his career.
What is your favorite part of NAFB and why?
I enjoy seeing all the friends that I've made year after year at the NAFB Convention in Kansas City. Even though I see many of them throughout the year at different events, such as the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville or Commodity Classic, I know I will see most of my fellow farm broadcasting friends right before Thanksgiving at NAFB's annual convention.
