Breck Von Bank is National Account Manager for Brownfield Ag News. She has been a member of the Brownfield organization for two years, however worked in the agricultural broadcast arena for more than 20 years.
Prior to Brownfield, Breck was Vice President of Sales and Operations for a start-up cluster of North Dakota radio stations, including NAFB member station KQLX-AM. Prior to that, she was Director of Sales for the Clear Channel radio cluster in Fargo, ND, including ag powerhouse station KFGO-AM.
Breck’s vast experience in broadcast also includes sales and marketing positions with KATZ in Minneapolis, working in both the TV and radio divisions and serving clientele markets spanning from New York to North Dakota.
Breck has been a NAFB Management and Sales Council member since 2001. She currently serves as the Membership Chairperson for the Northern Prairie NAMA Chapter. With an interest in expanding her level of professional involvement and service support to NAFB, she has decided to run for the NAFB Board of Director position for the Management and Sales Council.
Over the past 10 years, Breck has learned a great deal about the NAFB organization. She has been an active participant in many organizational events and programs. She has a deep passion for the farm broadcasting industry and hopes to 'pay it forward' through service to NAFB's Board of Directors.
Breck grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Speech Communications with an emphasis in broadcasting and marketing. She and her husband Mark currently live in West Fargo, ND, and have four children.
