Janet Adkison, NAFB Past President, and Washington Bureau Chief for RFD-TV and Rural Radio, spoke September 21 to the Ag Seniors luncheon meeting held at the national headquarters of the American Farm Bureau Federation in Washington, DC. Janet gave updates about NAFB and described recent changes to studio operations of RFD-TV (Nashville, TN) to this group of retired agricultural executives who served in key positions of USDA or commodity and agricultural policy groups. Ag Seniors meet once a month in downtown Washington to explore latest happenings in agricultural policy or the agricultural industry. Larry Quinn is a regular participant with this group.
