Agriculture is all I have ever known. I grew up on a dairy and beef cattle farm in northwest Louisiana and started driving a tractor when I was 8 years old. I was very involved in 4-H livestock judging and served as a Louisiana State FFA Officer; both of these activities prepared me for a career in farm broadcasting.
This organization has been an integral part of my personal professional development since my first days as a student member. I want to do everything I can to make sure NAFB can play that same role for future generations of farm broadcasters and the agricultural industry as a whole.
With a varied background that continued to circle around agriculture, a life-long passion for farmers and ranchers and the commitment to serve them every day on the air, I bring to the table background, experience, dedication, and the willingness to listen.
